Location
The 4W River Ranch is located approximately 3+/- miles southwest of Junction, Texas. Head southwest on Highway 377 about 2.5+/- miles and turn left on CR 170. Continue south on CR 170 about .7+/- miles, and the property will be on your left-hand side. CR 170 turns into Smith Lane, a private road that dead-ends into the neighboring property adjacent to the west. The town of Junction has all of the essentials, which include a grocery store, feed store, hardware store, gas stations, and multiple restaurants.
This property is conveniently located 2.5+/- miles from South Llano River State Park. A kayak trip from the state park downstream to the 4W River Ranch takes about 45 minutes, with good water flow. If you desire to kayak from the 4W River Ranch downstream to the city park in Junction, it will take approximately 3 hours with good water flow.
Located approximately 60+/- miles from Kerrville, 100+/- miles from San Angelo, 117+/- from miles San Antonio, 142+/- miles from Austin, and 210+/- miles from Midland.
